Design rules

The system, applied to any site

• Ground everything in a deep indigo-black canvas with a slightly lighter surface for cards; reserve the blue accent for primary actions and the violet accent for secondary tags and team pills.
• Make the org tree the signature: avatar "nodes" (a monogram disc on a per-seat gradient, plus name and role) wired together with thin SVG connector lines — a trunk down from the manager and a horizontal bus branching to each report.
• Design the directory as a scannable table: an avatar and name, then role, a team pill and office, with a search bar and filter chips above it.
• Pair a geometric display face (Space Grotesk) for headings, names and numbers with a neutral sans (Inter) for body and metadata, and keep radii around 12px.
• Stay understated and product-like — small uppercase labels, thin 1px borders, quiet hover states — rather than loud marketing gradients; let the data structure be the visual interest.
• Break the dark shell with one light "How it works" band so the three-step onboarding reads as calm and instructional against the rest of the page.
