Overview and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of code-anything.com (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to use the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes not breaking the law, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, reselling the service without permission, or using it to build or distribute malicious or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content and intellectual property
You own the code and content you create with the service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service for you. We claim no ownership of your projects. The service itself, including our software and branding, remains our property.
Service availability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, code-anything.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
