Pulse

Pulse is a crisp, professional admin template for sales CRMs and customer pipelines. It pairs a calm light canvas with one disciplined indigo accent, a fixed left sidebar for Contacts, Deals, Tasks and Reports, and a KPI row that puts pipeline value and win rate front and centre. A kanban-style pipeline board and a recent-activity feed keep the focus on what to do next, not on decoration.

Calm, crisp and operational — a quiet light workspace where one indigo accent does all the pointing.

Design rules

The system, applied to any site

Every rule below travels with the template — describe your tweaks and the agent keeps the system intact.

What it decides for you

  • Build on a soft cool-grey canvas (around #F5F7FA) with pure-white cards, near-black ink (#0F172A) and slate-grey muted text (#64748B); reserve the single indigo accent (#4F46E5) for the active nav item, primary buttons and the most important numbers only.
  • Use a persistent app shell: a fixed ~232px left sidebar with a wordmark and labelled nav (Contacts, Deals, Tasks, Reports), and a slim top bar carrying page title, a full-width-ish search field and a user avatar on the right.
  • Lead the workspace with a single row of equal KPI stat cards — small uppercase label, one large tabular-numeral value and a tiny green/red delta — so the headline metrics read in one glance.
  • Model the core object as a kanban pipeline: 3–4 fixed columns (Lead, Qualified, Won) each with a count chip and a stack of compact deal cards showing company, amount, owner initials and a thin stage progress bar.
  • Keep corners soft (10–12px), borders hairline and low-contrast (#E5E8EF), shadows almost imperceptible, and lean on whitespace and a 12–13px label scale rather than heavy dividers to separate regions.
  • Pair the board with a narrow recent-activity feed: timestamped one-line events with a small coloured dot per type (deal won, note added, task due), tabular times right-aligned, newest first.
