Design rules

The system, applied to any site

Every rule below travels with the template — describe your tweaks and the agent keeps the system intact.

What it decides for you

  • Float everything on a warm cream canvas with crisp white cards, and reserve the coral accent strictly for primary actions, prices and active states.
  • Set headings in a chunky modern grotesque at large sizes and keep body copy in a calm neutral sans for an approachable, contemporary feel.
  • Use soft rounded corners (about 20px) and generous padding so cards, plans and photos feel open and uncluttered.
  • Present membership as three honest tiers side by side, each with a clear monthly price and a short, scannable perk list.
  • Pair every section with one of two clear actions — "Book a tour" or "See plans" — so there is always an obvious next step.
  • Show the real space with at least one full-bleed photo and a tinted amenities grid, using small uppercase eyebrow labels to introduce each band.
