• Keep the canvas warm and premium — ivory paper and white cards with a warm hairline border — and reserve a single confident emerald accent for the primary CTAs, active states, salary highlights and links, with a warm amber only for "hot" / featured moments.
• Make the search the hero: one horizontal bar split into three labelled fields — Role, Location and Type — ending in a solid emerald Search button, with a row of trending-search chips beneath.
• Anchor every listing with the signature "pay band" meter: a horizontal market-range track that plots the role's salary band against the market, with a diamond median marker, a percentile tier badge and a monospace comp readout.
